Account ownership. Your bpanthers account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow another person to access or use your account. Shared use of an account violates these terms and may result in termination.
Verification. bpanthers may request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
Account currency. All bpanthers account balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the rate applied by the member's payment provider, and bpanthers is not responsible for any exchange fees or rate differences incurred.
Inactive accounts. Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a defined period may be classified as inactive. bpanthers may apply administrative fees to inactive account balances as permitted under these terms. Members will be notified before any administrative fee is applied.
Accepted payment methods. bpanthers accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels where available for your account: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards.
Name matching requirement. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the verified bpanthers account. bpanthers will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the account holder's verified identity. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed during the payment process and may vary by payment method. bpanthers reserves the right to adjust these limits with notice.
Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks before processing. Processing timelines vary by payment method — e-wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer options. bpanthers will communicate estimated timelines during the withdrawal process. Requests submitted with incomplete verification documentation will be delayed until documentation is provided.
Bonus-linked restrictions. Where a deposit has been used to trigger a bonus, withdrawal of the deposit amount may be subject to the bonus wagering requirement being met first. This applies according to the individual bonus terms active at the time of the deposit. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited, as detailed in the Bonuses and Promotions section.
Declined deposits. bpanthers does not guarantee acceptance of any deposit. Deposits may be declined due to payment provider restrictions, failed verification, or where bpanthers has grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. bpanthers is not liable for any fees charged by the member's payment provider as a result of a declined transaction.
All bpanthers promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback credits, free spin awards, and referral rewards — are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms published with each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the individual offer terms take precedence.
Wagering requirements. Bonus funds credited to a bpanthers account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as stated in the individual offer terms. Progress toward the wagering requirement is tracked in the account bonus section.
Maximum stake during bonus play. While a bonus is active on your bpanthers account, a maximum stake per spin or wager applies. Placing a wager that exceeds this limit — regardless of whether it results in a win — may result in the bonus balance being voided. The maximum stake applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
Game contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward completing a wagering requirement. Slot titles typically contribute 100%; sports betting markets, table games, and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Expiry. All bpanthers bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation or credit. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited. Expiry dates are not extended under normal circumstances.
One active bonus at a time. In most cases, a member may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously on their bpanthers account. Attempting to activate a new bonus while a previous one is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited or the new one being declined. Check your account bonus status before activating any offer.
Bonus abuse. bpanthers reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using structured wagering patterns designed to complete requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other accounts to manipulate bonus outcomes.
No cash value. Bonus funds do not have cash value until the applicable wagering requirement is met and any withdrawal conditions are satisfied. Bonus funds are not transferable.
RNG and live game integrity. All bpanthers slot and RNG-based game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator software. Live game results are determined by physical game events verified by the relevant game provider. bpanthers does not alter, manipulate, or pre-determine any game outcome.

Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game play or wager settlement, bpanthers reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amount to the member's account. bpanthers is not liable for losses resulting from a member's own connection issues or device failures.
Disputes. If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, contact bpanthers support within the timeframe specified in the individual game or sport terms. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. bpanthers' decision on wager settlement disputes is final, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Minimum odds for sports promotions. Where a promotion applies to sports betting, a minimum odds requirement may apply. Wagers placed at shorter odds than the stated minimum will not count toward the wagering requirement associated with that promotion, even if the bet wins. Minimum odds are stated in the individual promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bpanthers and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
bpanthers reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears to violate these prohibitions. During investigation, affected accounts may be suspended and access to funds withheld pending outcome.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpanthers account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bpanthers will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.
Any activity carried out on your bpanthers account using your correct login credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bpanthers support immediately and change your password. bpanthers is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify bpanthers as soon as possible if you become aware of any unauthorised transaction on your account, any loss or theft of your account credentials, or any security vulnerability affecting your device or email address linked to the account.
bpanthers is committed to supporting responsible gaming among all eligible adult members. As a condition of your bpanthers account, you agree to use the platform for entertainment purposes only and to use the responsible gaming tools available to you when needed.
Available tools. The following tools are available to all bpanthers members from within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. By the member. You may request closure of your bpanthers account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed after any pending wagers are settled and any active bonuses are resolved. Verified funds remaining in the account at closure will be returned via your last-used payment method subject to verification and standard withdrawal processing.
By bpanthers. bpanthers reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without advance notice — where: these Terms and Conditions have been violated; fraudulent or prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed; regulatory requirements necessitate closure; or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, bpanthers reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may forfeit bonus balances and associated winnings in line with the relevant terms. Real money funds are returned to the extent required by applicable law after investigation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of bpanthers that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
